1. Four members appointed by the environment enhancement committee of the Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County.
2. Two members appointed by Muncie Clean and Beautiful, Inc.
3. One member appointed by the Mayor of Muncie from at-large
4. One member appointed by the Mayor of Muncie to represent the Community Development Department
5. One member appointed by the Muncie Park Board to represent the Park Department
6. One member appointed by the Mayor of Muncie to represent the Street Department
7. One member appointed by the Mayor of Muncie to represent the City Engineer's Office

Terms

Each member will serve for a three-year term or until such member no longer represents the entity from which he was appointed or until the appointing official or group elects to replace such person, and no more than four (4) members' terms will normally expire at the end of any one calendar year.
