Meetings:

• 1st Thursday of the month at 8:15am
• Located at the County Commissioners court room

A. Member Qualifications

(1) At least 21 years of age
(2) Resident of Delaware County for at least five years
(3) Never convicted of a felony
(4) Good moral character
(5) May be an officer or employee of the Commission
(6) No more than two of the four can be members of the same political party
(7) Does not hold other lucrative public office or employment

B. Appointments

(1) One member by Board of County Commissioners first
(2) One member by the Mayor second
(3) One member by County Council third
(4) One designated member by the Commission fourth

C. Time Limit

Within fifteen days after being notified by registered mail by the Commission to do so.
