Appointments

1. Two members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor of the City of Muncie for a period of three (3) years and at least one (1) of whom shall be a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine living either in the City of Muncie, Indiana or in Delaware County, Indiana.
2. Two members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Common Council for a period of three (3) years and at least one (1) of whom shall be a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine living either in the City of Muncie, Indiana or Delaware County, Indiana.
3. One member shall be appointed by the initial four (4) members.
