A. Membership Qualifications / Appointment

(1) County Council

(a) Shall appoint three members, no more than two of whom may be of the same political party.

(2) Mayor

(a) Shall appoint four members, no more than two of whom may be of the same political party. Only one of these members must be a member of the Plan Commission.

(3) No member of the Board of Zoning Appeals may hold other elective or appointive office.

(4) A member of the Board of Zoning Appeals must be a resident of the jurisdictional area of the Board.
