A. Member Qualifications

(1) Must have been a voter of the City for at least one year immediately prior to his or her appointment
(2) May hold other appointed positions in the City government during his or her tenure on the Board of Public Works and Safety

B. Appointment

(1) Three persons are appointed by the Mayor
(2) The Mayor shall appoint a Clerk to the Board

The Board of Public Works meets every Wednesday at 10 am in the City Hall Auditorium.
