A. Appointment

(1) All members appointed by the Mayor

(a) One is the Historic Preservation officer

(b) One is a member of City Council

(c) Three private citizens who are residents of the corporate limits of the city

B. Term

Each member shall serve during the Mayor's term of office.

Regular Hearings are held at 2:30 pm on the second Tuesday of each month at City Hall in the first floor auditorium.

Hearings to remove Civil Penalties are held at 4:00 pm on the first Tuesday of even numbered months at City Hall in the third floor engineer's conference room. If a property owner is asking for Civil Penalties to be removed they must submit this form  no later than the Monday preceding the hearing date.
