Contractors must be registered first before permits can be applied for.
A valid email account must be used in the process of registering, as all information regarding registration and permit information will be sent electronically to that designated address.
Allow for one business day when using online permits. |

The City of Muncie has changed the licensure and licensure renewal dates. Please note that licenses issued April 1, 2012 will be valid for nine months and expire December 31, 2012. Also, note the licenses have been prorated to reflect this change. Please note that all other requirements remain the same. After 2012 the licenses will be valid from January 1 thru December 31.
