Honorable Linda Ralu Wolf, Judge Court ScheduleMuncie City Court has jurisdiction over criminal misdemeanors, state infractions, and city ordinance violations. The court has geographical jurisdiction in Delaware County, not just within the city limits of Muncie. In 2002, City Court handled 10,585 cases, including 3,178 criminal misdemeanors, 4,678 state infractions, and 2,729 ordinance violations.
