Neely and Martin Street Reconstruction Project
The City of Muncie is soliciting Requests for Qualifications to provide surveying, preliminary and finals design, and right-of-way engineering and administration as needed, for improvements known as the Neely and Martin Residential Street Reconstruction. The purpose of this project is to add curb and gutter, sidewalk and street resurfacing for approximately thirty blocks.

South Madison Street Project
The City of Muncie is soliciting Request for Qualifications to provide a traffic study, surveying, preliminary and final design, and right-of-way engineering and administration as needed, for improvements known as South Madison Street Traffic and Street Light Improvements, a Transportation Enhancement project for traffic signal upgrades with decorative poles and decorative street lighting along South Madison Street at the following intersections: Extending North from 29th Street, 26th Street, 21st Street, 18th Street, 15th Street, 9th Street, Willard Street, Kirby Avenue, Howard Street, Adams Street, Washington Street, and ending at Wysor Street.
