Professional Profile

Brad is the Historic Preservation Officer and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) administrator for City of Muncie Community Development. He coordinates with housing organizations to turn homes into thriving, safe and live-able spaces for Muncie citizens. Brad has years of experience coordinating Community Development Block Grant projects including demolitions and infrastructure improvements. A Ball State University alumnus, he has lived in Muncie since 1996. His role as historic preservation officer entails code enforcement, promotion of historic preservation, and staff for the preservation commission.
